The results are in for KSPA’s annual spring middle school contest, and students from all over the state have won awards in several categories. The mail-in contest was coordinated by Mary Patrick, the adviser at Maize South MS and the middle school liaison to the KSPA Executive Board. She was assisted by Past President Linda Drake of Chase County High School.
Winning students earned Superior, Excellent or Honorable Mention for their entries in four contests: photography, feature writing, layout and broadcast.
