KSPA’s curriculum sharing effort, “Get It Together,” aims to help teachers share their ideas for all kinds of student journalism and media work. We are so glad to have you as part of the sharing!

How to share:

  • Share what is yours: please only share materials that you developed OR that you have permission — from the original author — to share.
  • Label what is yours: Whether in the file name or in the materials that you upload, please let other KSPA members know who they are. It makes it much easier for the recipient of your great ideas to send you a thank you note!
  • Find the best folder: Our file directory is meant to outline most student journalism. If you find we are missing a topic, please let us know.

How to borrow

  • Give credit: Just like we teach our students to do, be sure to cite the source of your magnificent new lesson plan.
  • Give thanks: Reach out to the members who helped you by contributing with a kind note of gratitude. It keeps KSPA a bright and happy place!
  • Give back: We would love to see your great ideas. Be sure to submit all of the stuff that helps make your classroom amazing.
