KSPA will not share your information with any third-parties except in ways approved by the KSPA board and in the following ways:
- Sharing contact information with universities who host KSPA conferences
- Sharing contact information with universities who host KSPA regional contests
The universities are encouraged to use this contact information for KSPA event-planning purposes. However, as partners in journalism education, they may use the contact information to contact members about workshops, recruiting prospective students and/or other events.
KSPA will publish a semi-annual directory with members. The directory will include any information recorded in the “My Profile” section of “My Account” on the KSPA website. Please edit this to reflect information that is current and that you are willing to share with fellow members. Please note that “fellow members” includes our non-voting professional members. KSPA approves only professional members with connections to Kansas scholastic journalism, such as university faculty, yearbook representatives and other industry professionals.
The KSPA website provides an up-to-date list of all members and their schools. This does not include contact information.
Other sharing is prohibited
